The purpose of the Friends of the Barnstable Council on Aging (FBCOA) shall be to assist the Senior Services Division by raising funds and any other property for the programs and activities not fully funded by federal, state or town government.
The FBCOA meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. at the Barnstable Adult Community Center.
